1. Booking and Payments
All lessons must be booked in advance and paid for at least 48 hours prior to the lesson, unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via [methods you accept, e.g., bank transfer, card, etc.].

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of lessons. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged. Exceptions will be considered in cases of genuine emergency or illness, but this is at the instructor’s discretion.

3. Fitness to Drive
All students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. If you feel unwell or are on medication that could impair your ability to drive, please inform your instructor prior to the lesson. The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson if they believe the student is unfit to drive for any reason, including but not limited to illness, fatigue, or distraction. Failure to disclose any such information may result in the lesson being terminated with no refund.

4. Drugs and Alcohol
Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. If you are suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the lesson will be immediately terminated, and the full lesson fee will be charged. Further lessons may be refused.

5. Punctuality
Please ensure you are ready for your lesson at the agreed time and location. If you are late, the lesson may be cut short, and the full fee will still apply. The instructor will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the agreed lesson start time. If the instructor is running late, any lost time will be made up, either in that lesson or in a subsequent one.

6. Suitable Footwear
It is important to wear appropriate footwear for driving lessons. Flat-soled shoes with a thin sole are recommended. High heels, flip-flops, or any shoes that may impair your ability to control the pedals are not permitted. Failure to wear suitable footwear may result in the lesson being rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.

7. Provisional Licence and Legal Requirements
All students must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence. You must carry this licence with you during each lesson. If the student does not bring their licence, the lesson will not go ahead, and the full lesson fee will be charged. You must also inform the instructor of any changes to your licence, such as penalty points or disqualification.

8. Vehicle Condition and Safety
The Road Skills Coaching vehicle is fully insured, regularly maintained, and meets all safety requirements. However, in the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown during the lesson, any lost time will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

9. Lesson Termination
The instructor reserves the right to terminate the lesson at any time if the student’s driving is deemed unsafe, if the student fails to follow instructions, or if any terms and conditions are breached. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Liability
The instructor will make every effort to ensure the student’s safety during lessons. However, Road Skills Coaching cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after lessons as a result of the student’s actions. Once the student is driving independently, they are fully responsible for the vehicle.

11. Test Bookings
Driving tests must be booked by the student. The instructor will advise when the student is ready for their test but is not responsible for any test cancellations or rescheduling by the DVSA. Use of the school vehicle for the driving test is subject to the instructor's approval, and a separate fee will apply.

12. Data Protection
Road Skills Coaching respects your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing driving lessons and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

13. Complaints and Feedback

14. Amendments
Road Skills Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
